獎項是一張獎狀和大約美金一百五十圓，以某所大書局的贈券頒發。參加這項獎勵

計劃的學校會甄別學生的成績，向我們提交候選名單。基金會作出最後的決定。

獎項是針對美國高中第三年級的學生 (Junior class)。甄別的指引是學生在三年的學

業歷程中，有非常顯著的進步。我們強調的是進步，並不需要學生名列前茅。
